It is 7600 sq. ft. with exterior walls of picturesque tripe pane windows overlooking the balcony onto the lake. Sunrise and sunsets shine inside the house from one end to the other. The numerous skylights and large windows gives the inside of the home lots of bright light for tropical plants anywhere in the room. The floors are natural BC cherry wood with natural green quartzite stone specifically imported from Asia. Hand carved geckos in the floor greet people as they enter the main door and the games room downstairs. Beautiful natural
wood accents through the entire home gives it a very warm feeling. The 6-7 bedrooms offer lots of room for large families or guests and there is a caretaker suite on the lower level as well as a 2 car garage. There is also a possibility of a suite upstairs, complete with a full kitchen. This lodge has 3 full kitchens, 6 bathrooms and a wine cellar. The massive natural rock fireplace stretches from the highest point in the great room all the
way down into the games room downstairs. These 2 fireplaces have inserts to produce maximum heat on those chilly winter days. There is a wrap around deck at the front to sit, relax and view the beautiful scenery and at the rear there is a covered entrance portico for guests and cars.
There is a large 14’x42′ organic greenhouse with a 50’x60′ enclosed organic vegetable garden along side. This soil can grow anything! Behind the greenhouse is a garden shed for all your garden needs. At the far side of the property is a huge 28’x36′ 2 bay shop with a storage mezzanine and large 28’x36′ attached carport with large storage metal rail container. All your toys such as boats, atvs, bikes and snowmobiles can be stored here with room to spare! Inside this shop is long work bench and a certified wood stove for heat if you want to work on those special projects.
